Bryan Wiener

Bryan Wiener - Chief Executive Officer

Bryan Wiener is CEO of digital agency 360i. Under his leadership, 360i has been named one of the top ten agencies in Ad Land by Ad Age and one of the "World’s Most Innovative Companies" per Fast Company, helping clients like Coca-Cola, Oreo, jcpenney, Smirnoff, Capital One and NBC Universal connect with people across an ever-changing digital landscape. At 360i, Bryan has built a unique culture around innovation and entrepreneurial spirit that has earned the agency distinctions from both Ad Age and Crain's as one of the "Best Places to Work" in the country.

Mediaweek has named Bryan a Top 50 person in media two years running, while Ad age named him Media Maven. His digital media background dates back to 1994 including a series of senior management positions at Net2Phone Global Services, a pioneer in VoIP communications technology and the General Manager role at TheGlobe.com, a web 1.0 social media leading community.

Bryan is Vice Chairman of the AAAA Digital Board, as well as a member of the AAAA National Board of Directors and the IAB Agency Advisory Board. He is also an advisor to NYU's Media & Entertainment Student & Alumni Associations.

Bryan holds an MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU and a BA in History from Syracuse University.

Sarah Hofstetter

Sarah Hofstetter - President

Sarah Hofstetter is President of 360i. During her seven years at the agency, 360i has developed industry leading practices that have helped cement its reputation as "A-List" agency and one of the "Best Places to Work" in Media & Marketing, per Advertising Age. Sarah's expertise is in providing strategic counsel to clients such as Kraft Foods, Coca-Cola, jcpenney, NBC Universal and Reckitt Benckiser on utilizing digital to help marketers foster relationships and form emotional bonds between brands and consumers. In 2011, she was named a "Social Media All-Star" by the Social Media Society.

Sarah previously served as Senior Vice President of Brand Strategy & Emerging Media, building 360i's Brand Strategy, Consumer Insights, Social Media and Mobile practices from the ground up and establishing 360i as a pioneer in recognizing the social revolution that has placed consumers at the center of marketing strategy. Prior to joining 360i, Sarah was President and Founder of Kayak Communications, a boutique marketing agency focused on developing brand strategy and communications plans for new media brands such as Adobe Systems, Vibrant Media and Covad. Before starting her own agency, Sarah spent ten years at Net2Phone, one of the world's first providers of VoIP technology.

Sarah lives on Long Island with her husband and two kids. To blow off steam, she enjoys painting, cooking and kickboxing.

David Levin

David Levin - President, Creative & Technology

David Levin is President of Creative & Technology at 360i. In this role, David oversees the agency's creative and development team, whose talents range from building mobile and social apps to crafting rich online experiences for brands such as Smirnoff, Kraft Foods and Coca-Cola. Under David's leadership, 360i has garnered accolades from organizations such as OMMA, the Webby Awards, the Internet Advertising Competition and others.

Prior to 360i, David led the digital creative agency i33 and directed the shop's vision toward core competencies of website design, development and online marketing. 360i acquired i33 in 2008, and i33 emerged as 360i's Creative & Technology Group. Under David's leadership, 360i has garnered accolades from organizations such as OMMA, the Webby Awards, the Internet Advertising Competition and more.

David graduated from Northwestern University's Medill School of Journalism.

Jared Belsky

Jared Belsky - Executive Vice President

Jared brings ten years of digital marketing experience to 360i, including time specializing in CPG and brand management. Blending experience in media, account management and brand development gives Jared a unique perspective from which to advise 360i's client teams.

Before joining 360i, Jared helped create a new, nationally distributed CPG brand in the Fertilizer category to compete with Miracle-Gro, called Dynamite Plant Food.  Prior to launching that brand, Jared worked at The Coca-Cola Company on the Fanta brand where he was focused on managing the integrated media budget, The Fantanas property and the brand’s overall channel strategy. Prior to Coca-Cola, Jared spent five years in the New York City office of Avenue A working as a media buyer and then Account Director across several pharmaceutical and CPG clients. 

Jared received an MBA from Emory University in Marketing & Management, a BA with Honors from the University of Pennsylvania, and is currently studying remotely at Harvard University for a degree in Environmental Management and Marketing. Jared serves on the advisory board of RHbrands and The Atlanta Federation E-Philanthropy initiative.

Jane Barandes

Jane Barandes - Managing Director, New York

As Managing Director, Jane Barandes oversees all accounts out of 360i's New York office, applying a deep understanding of clients' unique challenges and opportunities to help them meet business objectives through digital. Jane also leads day-to-day operations and talent development for the New York-based Account Management team.

With more than 16 years of experience, Jane has been in digital marketing since its inception, beginning her career in San Francisco in the early 90s. Over the years she's developed countless digital marketing strategies, and fostered strong client partnerships for a multitude of clients in various categories, including Kraft Foods, General Mills, Johnson and Johnson, SAP, AT&T, Bank One, Novartis, Starwood Hotels and more. She's proven the ability to establish trusted relationships both with clients and colleagues over the years, leading to a deep understanding of the brands with which she works as well as how her team can provide innovative solutions.

Prior to 360i, Jane was Senior Vice President of Marketing at Publicis Modem, where she co-managed the General Mills business, while also driving all digital efforts for the Pillsbury brand.

Jane graduated from Union College with a degree in English.

Eric M. Bacolas, SPHR

Eric M. Bacolas, SPHR - Chief Talent Officer

As Chief Talent Officer, Eric leads talent acquisition management and development strategies for 360i. Eric oversees the agency's "people practices" with the goal of hiring top talent and building a corporate culture that makes 360i one of the best places to work in the industry.

With more than 15 years in the industry across advertising, communications and human resources, Eric brings extensive, multi-faceted experience to 360i. Eric’s proven employee-focused strategy has created a unique culture at the agency that encourages personal and professional growth and inspires dedication and innovation. Under Eric's leadership, 360i has been named an "A-List" agency and one of the "Best Places to Work" in Media and Marketing by Advertising Age.

Eric began his career as a copywriter for brands like HBO, Baucsh & Lomb, and Philip Morris. He then transitioned to a role in human resources leveraging his brand-building experience to hire, train and retain talent within the media and marketing industry. Prior to 360i, Eric was the Senior VP, Global Human Resources Director supporting a group of companies under the Interpublic Group – among them Draft, ID Media and R/GA.

Eric holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from FIT and is a certified SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources).

Laura Mete Frizzell

Laura Mete Frizzell - Senior Vice President, Media Services

Laura Mete Frizzell brings to 360i more than 16 years of marketing experience and 12+ years of specialization in interactive advertising. As Senior Vice President of Media Services, Laura oversees all aspects of media planning and manages the growth of 360i’s media practice.  

Before joining 360i, Laura was Managing Principal at Media Contacts (formerly HookMedia, Inc.), where she was responsible for managing and growing the company’s media practice. Before Media Contacts, Laura launched the interactive media department at Deutsch in New York, winning business from accounts such as BankOne, Britannica.com, IKEA, Zyrtec and Brinks Home Security, while developing a bi-coastal presence. As part of the iDeutsch team, she was the media mind behind the development of an award-winning online media campaign for Tanqueray.

Laura began her interactive advertising career in 1995, when she joined Adler Boschetto Peebles & Partners in NYC and started their interactive advertising practice (ABP Interactive).  She holds a MBA and MS in Information Systems from Boston University, where she graduated Beta Gamma Sigma and was ranked #1 in her class of 500 MBA students.

Kevin Geraghty

Kevin Geraghty - Vice President, Reporting & Analytics

As Vice President of Reporting and Analytics for 360i, Kevin Geraghty is responsible for delivering data-driven insights that enhance marketers' business results. An expert in revenue focused analytics, Kevin has developed business processes and systems that contribute hundreds of millions to the revenues of several Fortune 500 companies. He has received honors from the Institute for Operations Research and the Management Sciences (INFORMS) for outstanding Operations Research practice and his work has been pivotal in promoting broad acceptance of innovative uses for advanced analytics in business.

Kevin's extraordinary track record of success includes his work on National Car Rental reservations management systems, which reversed a decision to liquidate the company and generated an estimated $2 billion in corporate value. At Delta Air Lines, Kevin was the principal architect of the origin and destination management system, which enhanced annual revenues by more than $50 million. At GMAC Insurance, he introduced online real-time dynamic ratemaking to the property and casualty insurance industry and authored a groundbreaking patent. Kevin has also consulted on pricing, logistics and marketing issues for British Airways, The Coca-Cola Company, Reuters and UPS.

Kevin holds a Masters degree in Management Science and a BA in Mathematical Science from the National University of Ireland. He is founder of the INFORMS Revenue Management section, past President of the Atlanta INFORMS Chapter and has served as a mentor for the Georgia 100 program.

Dave Jacobs

Dave Jacobs - General Manager of Strategy, Social Media and SEO

Dave Jacobs brings 14 years of digital marketing experience to 360i. In his current role, Dave is tasked with ensuring efficiency across teams to strengthen client partnerships and overseeing operational and financial responsibilities for Insights and Brand Strategy, Social Strategy, Community Management, Influencer Marketing and SEO.

Previously, Dave was the Managing Director of 360i's New York office, managing day-to-day operations of the office and working closely with 360i's clients. Prior to joining 360i, Dave was the General Manager of Greater Than One, a full-service interactive agency in New York. He also held positions in the Strategic Services Group at Agency.com and Consumer Marketing Group at People magazine.

Dave holds a BA from Colgate University and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.

Lee Maicon

Lee Maicon - Vice President, Insights & Planning

Lee Maicon is Vice President of Insights & Planning at 360i. In this role, Lee oversees a team of strategists, planners and analysts who examine human behavior and customer/marketer interaction to define the role of the brand in digital.

Lee has extensive experience in account planning and brand strategy at a number of creative agencies, including Berlin Cameron and StrawberryFrog where he worked with brands such as Coca-Cola, Heineken, P&G, Microsoft and Calvin Klein. Prior to 360i, he was Head of Strategy at Wing, the multicultural division of WPP's Grey Group, where he infused digital and social understanding into work for brands like Pantene and Goya Foods.

Born in Mexico, raised in Miami and educated in Massachusetts, Lee currently lives in New York City.

Richard Mass

Richard Mass - General Counsel & Chief Privacy Officer

As General Counsel and Chief Privacy Officer of 360i, Richard Mass is responsible for managing the legal and regulatory affairs of the company, including providing a wide range of transactional, intellectual property and compliance support. Richard brings a wealth of knowledge to 360i, with over twenty years of experience working with advising advertising, media and technology companies.

Prior to 360i, Richard managed and operated his own law practice, which represented a number of Internet companies. He also served as General Counsel at TheGlobe.com, where he built TheGlobe.com’s legal department. Before this, Richard was a Senior Attorney at AT&T, where he supported several of the company's interactive businesses, including its interactive television and e-commerce businesses. Richard received a BA in Economics from Williams College and a JD from Stanford Law School.

Mark Avnet

Mark Avnet - Dean of 360iU

Mark Avnet is Dean of 360iU, the agency's educational center designed to cross-pollinate 360i's deep and diverse knowledge base. In this role Mark is charged with educating employees on cross-functional skills to inspire big ideas catalyzed by the collaboration of strategy, technology and creative. For 360i's roster of Fortune 500 marketers, Mark advises on how to leverage digital technologies to create closer connections between people and brands.

Mark has more than 25 years of experience in media, technology and education. Prior to 360i he was a professor and Chair of the Creative Technology Track at the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Brandcenter, widely heralded as the nation's top graduate school in advertising and marketing. Avnet's agency background includes roles at Ammirati Purls Lintas's APL Digital (SVP, Director of Production & Technology) and Lot21 Interactive Marketing (CTO & head of its Emerging Media Development Lab) -- the latter of which specifically focused on exploring strategic uses of technology to connect people and brands.

Mark holds a Masters Degree in Interactive Telecommunications from New York University and a Masters Degree in Media Psychology from Fielding Graduate University.
