Vickers will oversee the rapidly growing Experience Design, Technology and Content Studio disciplines at 360i, where she and her teams will push the boundaries of innovation by creating relevant and engaging digital experiences and products that are search, social and mobile by design. Vickers will be based in the agency’s New York headquarters and report to 360i President Sarah Hofstetter.
Vickers had been at Razorfish for eight years, most recently as Chief Strategy Officer, Digital Marketing Platforms. In this role, she established a new business unit within Razorfish/VivaKi/Publicis Groupe and spearheaded the strategy, design, development, and operations of marketing technology products across verticals such as CPG, M&E, retail, financial and automotive. Amy studied at Duke University where she received an A.B. in a prescient self-design curriculum entitled “Technology, Visuality, and Cultural Transformations” and also was a Ph.D. fellow in Art, Art History and Visual Studies.
According to Hofstetter, “Amy’s breadth and depth of experience is a fantastic addition to the team, and her leadership will help further elevate our ability to create digital experiences and products that engage consumers and drive measurable business results.”
The appointment comes during a period of impressive growth for the over 500-person agency, which has resulted from brands seeking a strategic partner to help them connect with consumers in an increasingly fragmented and ever-changing marketing landscape. “What attracted me to 360i is its entrepreneurial approach to building a full service agency, with digital at its core, to drive innovative solutions,” said Vickers.
