360i Cited As a Repeat Leader in U.S. Search Marketing Agencies Report

Independent Research Firm Names 360i a Leader, with Praise for its "Best-in-Class" Social Media Capabilities and "Robust Proprietary Technologies"

NEW YORK - January 31, 2011 - 360i, an award-winning digital marketing agency, has been named a Leader in the January 2011, Forrester Research Inc. report: "The Forrester Wave: US Search Marketing Agencies, Q1 2011" due to its "robust proprietary technologies" and social media capabilities which make the agency "a solid choice for enterprise marketers looking for one firm to manage both search marketing and social media efforts." 360i tied for Number 1 in the Strategy category. This marks the second consecutive time where Forrester has named 360i a Leader in this report.

In addition to its position as a leader, Forrester gave top marks to 360i in the following categories: Campaign Planning, Branding Perspective, Customer Analysis, Social Media, Strength of Management Team and Global Strategy. The report also states that 360i's social media capabilities are "best-in-class" and that the agency is "tops at optimizing off-site assets - like videos and blog content."

Forrester also cited 360i's ability to automate scenario models to inform enterprise, multichannel and global bid management. The report states that "360i can manage bids across a portfolio of multiple media and has a sizeable and experienced social media team, and brand advertisers will love the tools it uses to optimize off-site assets for natural search results."

For the report, Forrester screened 100 agencies, eventually evaluating nine select vendors against 60 criteria, using a combination of data sources for its assessment, including vendor surveys, scenario-based demos, client interviews and careful review of client results. Participating vendors were limited to U.S.-based agencies offering a balance of paid search and SEO offerings and focused on delivering solutions to enterprise clients with over $1 billion in revenues.
